PHPUnitTask.php does not exist

Description

I downloaded the full zip package from the site, and also have installed via pear and get same results. no matter what, i get the same error.

PHPUnitTask.php does not exist

the file does exist. so what gives?

confirmed same error running sample test, phing 2.3.2, from pear installation
