Propel basedir issues

Description

Propel users have recently come up with problems using Propel with the latest Phing release (2.4.0).

By removing the basedir="." from all the buildfiles, Propel works again with Phing 2.4, but not anymore with Phing 2.3.3.

The Phing 2.3.3 issue could not be confirmed and was probably unrelated.

Additional notes about the basedir attribute in Phing 2.4 added to  http://phing.info/trac/wiki/Users/Documentation/Gotcha's
