SVNCopy task is not documented

Hi,

The task svncopy seems implemented (#292) but is not documented anywhere. Very useful to me, but unless you browse the source code you don't know it even exists.

It seems to work fine either, parameters/behavior seem to be exactly the same as svnexport task.
