Allow escaped dots in classpaths

Description

Allow ability to specify paths with escaped dots like classpath="my.path.to.conf\.project" or something.

This was originally opened as a Propel bug ( http://propel.phpdb.org/trac/ticket/90) but looks to be a Phing issue.
