more details for documentation title element

Could we set the title for the html documents to something like:

Phing Guide - filename.html (without the html extension)

So for the AboutThisBook.html page this would be:

<title>Phing Guide - AboutThisBook</title>

BasicConcepts.html

<title>Phing Guide - BasicConcepts</title>

Bibliography.html

<title>Phing Guide - Bibliography</title>

Same for the rest of the html documents please?
