Phing 2.3.0

The final 2.3.0 release of Phing was just uploaded to the PEAR channel.

Important features of the 2.3 version:

• PHPUnit3 support
• New phpdoc task that supports <fileset> among other things
• New low-level change to using streams for all output/logging, which now makes things like -listener and -logger actually work properly in Phing.

Important changes since RC1:

• Some documentation errors were corrected and other minor bugs fixed.
